Start Where You Are

We begin by walking your site, listening to your team, and reviewing what’s already in place. This helps us spot gaps, strengths, and practical next steps — no clipboards or cookie-cutter forms.

Details

With over 25 years’ experience across agriculture, food production, construction, and education, I’ve seen first-hand what helps people stay safe and what gets in the way. I bring a down-to-earth, practical style to everything I do – whether that’s helping a farm crew with SOPs, supporting a team leader with return-to-work planning, or preparing a site for audit.

I work alongside small and medium businesses to build safe, supportive workplaces – without the jargon. That means creating tools and systems your team can actually use, and helping you build confidence, not fear, around health, safety and wellbeing.

To make sure my advice is grounded in best practice, I stay current with professional development and industry networks:

  • Graduate of the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM)
